Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice applies to residents of California. It supplements our Privacy Notice and explains how iMDsoft Ltd. handles personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA). It is also our notice at collection. Terms such as “personal information”, “sell” and “share” have the meaning the CCPA gives them.

The cookie declaration in our Privacy Notice lists every cookie. We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors only under contracts that limit their use of it as the CCPA requires.
2. Selling and sharing: your right to opt out
We do not sell personal information for money. When marketing cookies are active, however, Microsoft and Vimeo receive online identifiers and information about your activity on our website and may use it for their own purposes. Under the CCPA, this can count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information.
You can opt out of this at any time:
- Open the cookie banner with the Cookiebot icon on any page and switch on “Do not sell or share my personal information”.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out for that browser. The banner then shows “The GPC signal is honored”.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
3. Sensitive personal information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information as defined in the CCPA, and we do not use such information to infer characteristics about you. Please do not include it in messages you send us.
4. Your rights
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the categories of personal information we have collected about you, their sources, the purposes, the categories of recipients, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to the exceptions in the law.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the selling and sharing of your personal information (section 2).
- Not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising these rights.
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.
5. How to make a request
Send your request by email to [email protected]. You can also act through an authorized agent; we then ask for your signed permission and may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.
To protect your information, we verify requests to know, delete or correct by matching the details you give us, such as your name and email address, with the information we hold. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we tell you and extend the period by up to 45 further days. Requests to opt out need no verification.
